CRO Analyst

We’re looking for an analytical CRO Analyst to join our rapidly expanding CRO team, with the ability to use data to understand user journey, behaviour, and performance to develop recommendations that help our clients grow their business and drive positive change.
As our CRO Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing website and user performance, understanding user journeys and behaviours, identifying opportunities, and developing and implementing testing plans.
Our ideal candidate would be data-focused, driven by curiosity, always striving to understand why, and turning data into actionable insight.
What you'll do
- Use data to identify typical user journeys/conversion paths, how users flow through them and which pages, components, interactions or behaviours are impacting performance
- Use data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for optimisation, based on objectives and KPIs
- Work with the research team on user research for website performance
- Work with the UX team to derive and deliver recommendations based on KPIs
- Work with the data team on the implementation of tracking and tools beyond standard implementation to ensure all relevant data is available for future analysis
- Present findings to both internal teams and clients
- Implement, monitor and report on experiments
- Assist the wider agency in utilising data to identify opportunities
- Be part of and learn from a fantastic team of experts
Who we're looking for
- Driven by curiosity, diving into data to find answers
- Experience of developing test plans, implementing experiments and a proven track record of achieving positive results
- Preferable knowledge of; Python, BigQuery, SQL, Figma
- Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills
- Logical and numerate
- Approaches jobs in an organised and systematic manner
- Problem solving
