CRM Executive – Fashion & Lifestyle Retail
Hybrid – London (Wandsworth/Euston HQ)
Full-Time | Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and commercially focused CRM Executive to join a leading multi-brand retail group with a portfolio spanning fashion, lifestyle, and homeware brands. You’ll be responsible for delivering highly engaging CRM campaigns that drive customer retention, loyalty, and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and optimise CRM campaigns across multiple territories and customer segments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (design, copy, trading, insights) and external partners.
- Implement test-and-learn initiatives to improve campaign performance and customer KPIs.
- Work closely with the insights team to track and report on CRM effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor active opt-ins and churn rates to ensure accurate database health.
- Lead initiatives to grow the database, focusing on quality and GDPR compliance.
- Ensure responsible data governance in partnership with internal teams.
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience managing CRM campaigns for ecommerce-led retail businesses (global scope a bonus).
- Experience with CRM platforms or CDPs – knowledge of Exponea is a strong plus.
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics.
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment and delivering to tight deadlines.
- High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
- A self-starter attitude – curious, commercially minded, and eager to test new ideas.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
