Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, plus fantastic benefits package.

Our client is a professional services consultancy who specialise in providing businesses with software defined solutions, network assurance, network automation and managed support.
Having launched just over two years ago, the company has not only met but exceeded its initial growth targets, securing a solid client base within its ideal customer profile (ICP) and delivering high standards of technical excellence. With continued growth and new client wins, the business is now seeking a Customer Success Executive to support project coordination, service delivery, and internal operations.
Role Snapshot
This is a versatile and varied role offering a 50:50 split between:
- External Customer Success Management: Supporting clients, coordinating resources, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining excellent relationships.
- Internal Business Operations: Supporting project tracking, financial and facilities administration, procurement activities, and internal process improvements.
This role provides an opportunity to gain exposure across several functions, including project management, service delivery, account management and business operations, in turn presenting clear pathways for professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success & Project Coordination
- Act as a primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring a positive and proactive experience throughout the customer journey.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables, working closely with technical consultants and the leadership team.
- Ensure all projects and support services are delivered in line with SLAs and client expectations.
- Prepare and maintain customer facing service documentation, including status updates, meeting notes, and reporting packs.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery.
- Proactively monitor client engagement and satisfaction, identifying opportunities to enhance service or add value.
Internal Operations & Administration
- Track project progress, maintain internal project boards and flag delays or issues proactively.
- Support financial administration tasks, including raising purchase orders, tracking supplier invoices and updating budgets.
- Assist with facilities management, including equipment provisioning for remote workers and office-related coordination.
- Handle basic procurement tasks like sourcing quotes, placing orders and managing supplier relationships.
- Assist with scheduling internal meetings, managing calendars, and supporting documentation for internal governance.
- Support internal reporting processes including the preparation of management information (MI) reports and performance dashboards.
Team Collaboration & Growth
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth project delivery and cross-functional alignment.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and help refine operational workflows as the business scales.
- Take an active role in team meetings, offering suggestions, feedback and solutions to enhance overall effectiveness.
- Participate in training and development activities to expand your skills across various business disciplines.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer success, project coordination, or operations support role, ideally within a tech or consultancy environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Confident using common business tools such as Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g. Jira, Trello), and CRM systems.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
