Job Title: Customer Supply Planner - 9-12 Month FTC

Weetabix is looking for a Customer Supply Planner to prioritise customer needs and ensure efficient product delivery and On Time In Full (OTIF) performance. This is a 9-12 month fixed-term contract with a hybrid working pattern: 2 days per week on site. Closing date: Tuesday 9th September. Interview process: One Stage Interview. We operate a hybrid pattern with reasonable adjustments available during recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, warehousing, transport, and customers to ensure product availability and OTIF performance.
  • Produce accurate forecasts and demand signals in partnership with demand forecasting teams and commercial partners to optimise inventory and costs.
  • Manage Customer Order Process end-to-end including processing, delivery, data alignment, returns, and invoice discrepancies.
  • Proactively address Customer Supply Issues affecting availability and service.
  • Identify demand-supply imbalances and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate to reduce slow-moving items and clear aged stock; identify Sales opportunities.
  • Lead short- to medium-term forecasting and analyze order patterns to improve efficiency.
  • Align customer and Weetabix strategies across functions and drive key initiatives.
  • Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects aligned with strategic goals.

What we need from you (Qualifications & Skills)

  • Self-motivated, well-organised, fast-paced, proactive attitude; ability to take initiative.
  • Strong customer-facing communication, teamwork and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance volume, sales, profit and cost considerations; capable of influencing and managing multiple stakeholders in commercially sensitive situations.
  • Numerate and analytical with high accuracy.
  • Desirable: experience in retail or manufacturing in FMCG supply chain; knowledge of Microsoft D365 or ERP equivalents.
  • Weekend coverage required approximately once every 6 weeks.
