What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support by resolving queries and connection issues efficiently.

- Act as a brand ambassador, building awareness of our growing business across Glasgow.
- Utilise advanced tools to swiftly address customer issues—with expert support when needed.
- Manage inbound sales calls, identifying opportunities for upselling and customer retention.
