Cyber Threat Intelligence Modeller role at Guy Carpenter. Location: London. This is a hybrid role with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Cyber Analytics team in London comprises actuaries, threat intelligence analysts and cat modellers. It is a globally distributed team forming part of Marsh McLennan, collaborating with broking and analytical colleagues across regions. The cyber risk domain is evolving, offering opportunities to add value for clients while fostering creativity and innovation.

What to expect

We are seeking a versatile professional to join the Cyber Analytics team, contributing to intelligence-driven insights by collecting, analysing and monitoring the cyber threat landscape, threat actors, cyber vulnerabilities and related intelligence. The role involves collaborating with threat intelligence experts within Marsh McLennan, engaging with third-party vendors, challenging assumptions, researching and contributing to GC\'s view of risk.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyse cyber threat data from multiple sources.
  • Produce actionable intelligence reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor emerging threats and trends in the cyber landscape.
  • Distribute relevant intelligence to partners and leadership.
  • Support cyber catastrophe and actuarial modelling functions.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives.

What you need to have

  • Substantial experience within cyber threat analysis or intelligence (e.g., military, law enforcement, digital security firms, etc.).
  • Operate at an expert level within the field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
