The Cyber Analytics team at Guy Carpenter brings together actuaries, threat intelligence analysts and cat modellers to work with large multinational clients. The team is global and collaborates across regions with broking and analytical colleagues. The cyber risk domain is emerging, offering a unique opportunity to add value through modelling, collaboration and innovation.

What can you expect

  • The role of a Cyber Threat Intelligence analyst at GC is to support the cyber analytics and broking team, clients and markets with intelligence-driven insights by collecting, analysing and monitoring the cyber threat landscape, cyber trends, threat actors activities, cyber vulnerabilities and other relevant intelligence.
  • Collaborate with other threat intelligence experts within Marsh McLennan, work with third party vendors, challenge assumptions, conduct research and contribute to shaping GC's view of risk.
  • Aim to identify, assess, and communicate cyber threats (malicious and non-malicious), attack vectors, attack surface, techniques deployed, prevention and mitigation options to help (re)insurers understand cyber risk and its accumulation potential.

We will count on you to

  • Collect and analyse cyber threat data from multiple sources.
  • Produce actionable intelligence reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor emerging threats and trends in the cyber landscape.
  • Distribute relevant intelligence to partners and leadership.
  • Support cyber catastrophe and actuarial modelling functions.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives.

What you need to have

  • Substantial experience within cyber threat analysis or intelligence (e.g., military, law enforcement, digital security, or related public/private sectors).
  • Operate at an expert level within the field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
