Job Summary:

You will lead the Data Engineering, BI, and Data Governance teams, ensuring data is well-structured, trustworthy, and transformed into insights that drive business decisions. As Data & Analytics Manager, you will define the strategy, architecture, and processes that enable insights from our enterprise applications, from data capture to reporting.

You will collaborate with IS teams and business stakeholders to ensure data is effectively managed and utilized for better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop Data Engineers, BI Analysts, and Data Governance Analysts.
• Own and evolve the enterprise data strategy aligned with group, IS, and business priorities.
• Ensure high-quality, observable, and trusted data pipelines, reports, and dashboards, focusing on comprehensive reporting to address business needs.
• Define data standards, stewardship, and governance controls.
• Partner with Systems and Engineering teams to ensure proper data capture and structure at source, integrated into software deployment processes.
• Support development of KPIs, performance metrics, and data definitions.
• Prioritize data delivery efforts based on business impact and platform maturity, following PMO guidelines.
• Foster a culture of insight utilization, data reusability, and continuous improvement within the team and organization.
• Design architecture, tooling, and processes that support analytics.
• Develop reporting standards and style guides, including visual and usability aspects.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven leadership in data, analytics, or BI roles (3+ years).
• Strong knowledge of the data lifecycle: ingestion, transformation, modeling, reporting, governance.
• Experience managing remote, cross-functional data teams.
• Familiarity with modern data solutions (e.g., Databricks, Azure, Power BI, SQL, iPaaS).
• Ability to align technical and business stakeholders around shared goals.
• Strategic thinker capable of balancing architecture, delivery, and business needs.
• Degree in an analytic or STEM discipline preferred, but relevant experience also acceptable.
• Experience in complex, multi-region, multi-business environments is advantageous.
