Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data and Reporting Analyst located in Southampton. The Data and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include managing data sets, generating reports, and working closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making. The analyst will also ensure data accuracy and integrity while communicating findings effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Data Management
• Excellent Communication skills for presenting data insights
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with data visualization tools and software
• Knowledge of the sports goods industry is a plus
