An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data and Reporting Analyst to join a growing data function within the higher education sector. This role offers real flexibility, hybrid working (typically 3-4 days a week from home), and sector-leading benefits.

You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate and insightful reporting to a wide range of external stakeholders – including regulatory and professional bodies. Key Responsibilities

• Lead on cyclical external reporting to statutory and regulatory bodies including health education and apprenticeship agencies.
• Manage and maintain key datasets and reporting schedules, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Build and maintain dashboards and other data visualisation tools to support a data-driven culture.
• Work collaboratively with performance analysts and stakeholders to interpret data and inform decision-making.
• Contribute to transformation projects, planning cycles, and internal reporting requirements.

About You

You’ll bring curiosity, precision and excellent stakeholder skills to the role, along with the following:

• Strong analytical and numerical skills – with attention to detail in high-volume data environments.
• Excellent Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and reporting tools experience.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to distil complex data into accessible insights.
