Base pay range

Salary: up to ~£80k (potential flex for strong candidates) + equity

Location: West London (2-3 office days/week)

Role and responsibilities

They’re looking a Data Scientist who’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across marketing and product, tackling projects that directly influence customer acquisition, retention, and long-term growth. From experimentation design to predictive modelling, your work will help shape smarter decisions and unlock new opportunities in a fast-moving, consumer-focused business.

Must have requirements

• Strong knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation design and causal inference
• Ability to translate insights into compelling, data-driven stories for senior stakeholders
• Excellent communicator, comfortable working across technical and commercial teams
• SQL
• Python
