Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)

Hybrid - must be based commutable to London

Basic salary - £45,000

100% remote

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:

• Have GTM experience – placing AC’s through to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US.
• Work directly with the Co-Founder on projects supporting Delivery.
• Engage with VCs/PEs that invest in start-ups including Snowflake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Focus on candidate qualification skills and process management.

This role is with a strategic growth partner to Tier 1 VCs globally, working with early-stage startups to IPO or acquisition, building GTM and technical functions. The firm is a leading GTM team builder for major Silicon Valley funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA. Ideal candidates will have extensive delivery experience in the startup GTM space, with a proven track record of high-value placements in the global GTM market. Candidates should be well-educated, literate, and excellent communicators. Most work is retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
