Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM).

Hybrid - must be based commutable to London.

Basic salary - £45,000.

100% remote.

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

GTM Delivery Consultant

• Needs to have GTM experience – placing AC’s through to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US.
• Working directly with the Co-Founder on projects supporting Delivery.
• Working with VCs/PEs that directly invest in start-ups, including companies like SnowFlake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Candidate focused – strong candidate qualification skills and process management.

This role is for a Delivery Consultant working with a strategic growth partner to Tier 1 VCs globally.

The firm collaborates with early-stage start-ups, helping them reach IPO or acquisition by building world-class GTM and technical teams.

They are recognized as leading GTM team builders for major Silicon Valley funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Delivery within the startup GTM space, with a proven track record of high-value placements in the global GTM market.

You should be well-educated, highly literate, and an excellent communicator.

Most work is retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
