Job Description:

• Position: Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid - must be based within commuting distance to London, with 100% remote options
• Salary: Basic salary - £45,000
• Experience: Must have GTM recruitment experience
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Placing candidates from Associate Consultant to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and the US
  • Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects
  • Working with VCs/PEs investing in startups like Snowflake, Sigma, Nvidia
  • Candidate-focused approach with strong qualification and process management skills

This firm specializes in supporting early-stage startups to IPO or acquisition by building top-tier GTM and technical teams. They are the preferred GTM team builders for leading Silicon Valley funds and emerging funds across EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivery within the startup GTM space, with a proven track record of high-value placements globally. They should be well-educated, highly literate, and an excellent communicator.

Most placements are retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
