Demand Generation Manager

2 Days Old

Growth & Marketing Leader | Helping Teams Accelerate Revenue

We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager for one of our clients, a highly creative, fast-growing and well-established brand based near Stroud.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years’ experience in demand generation or a related field and be confident in planning and running paid digital advertising campaigns, managing email automation, and supporting sales enablement initiatives.

Experience with HubSpot is required, but you will not be expected to manage HubSpot operations — instead, you will work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure smooth, brand‑aligned execution.

Candidates must live near Stroud or within a reasonable driving distance, and be willing to work in the office three days per week, as collaboration and creative alignment are essential. A strong appreciation for brand authenticity and attention to detail is crucial.

Role Description

  • This is a full‑time, hybrid role for a Demand Generation Manager, based in Gloucester, with flexibility for partial remote working.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, executing, and optimising multi‑channel demand generation activity, driving high‑quality leads and supporting commercial growth. You will work closely with marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, on‑brand, and effective.

Core Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and other digital channels.
  • Build and optimise automated email nurture journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on HubSpot‑related activity (no requirement for advanced technical HubSpot expertise).
  • Support sales enablement by providing insights, leads, and campaign assets to help the sales team convert more effectively.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, offering clear insights and data‑driven recommendations.
  • Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Work collaboratively with content, design, and brand teams to develop messages and assets that maintain brand authenticity.
  • Ensure all marketing activity reflects the brand’s tone, values, and identity with consistency and care.
  • Work closely with sales teams to refine lead quality, pipeline handover, and feedback loops.
  • Stay aware of market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Additional Expectations

  • Be present in the office three days per week to support team collaboration and momentum.
  • Bring a proactive, hands‑on approach, with a willingness to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
  • Maintain high levels of detail, accuracy, and brand stewardship across all work.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years’ experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B digital marketing.
  • Confident in running paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Experience with email automation and lead nurturing.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (without needing to manage operational systems).
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
  • A strong understanding of brand authenticity and customer experience.
