Supply & Demand Planner – Guiseley (Northwest Leeds) – £40,000 - £45,000

Supply & Demand Planner duties:

• Develop accurate short and long-term demand forecasts for the full portfolio of products
• Partner with Sales & Marketing on promotions, launches and market trends
• Align forecasts with production plans, inventory targets and supply capabilities
• Monitor and improve forecast accuracy using advanced Excel and ERP tools (MS Dynamics would be a plus)
• Analyse sales, inventory and market data to spot risks, opportunities and growth areas
• Lead reporting in Excel and Power BI, delivering actionable insights at product and location level
• Optimise inventory strategies to maintain service levels while reducing excess stock
• Create and maintain production planning tools

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain planning
• System Skills: Advanced Excel and strong ERP experience (MS Dynamics desirable but not essential)
• Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
