Façade Designer – Rainscreen Cladding

Location: Hybrid (flexible working available)

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

Our client is a rapidly expanding façade and cladding specialist with a £100m project pipeline secured. They are recognised for delivering high‑quality, innovative façades and are seeking a skilled Façade Designer to join their growing team. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed façade and rainscreen cladding designs in line with project requirements.
• Produce technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications to support fabrication and installation.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
• Ensure designs comply with building regulations, fire safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Support senior design staff in problem‑solving and design optimisation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in façade design with Rainscreen Cladding as a core expertise.
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or equivalent).
• Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast‑growing environment.
