As part of the People and Workforce Development function’s leadership team, this post will act as the professional lead for Organisational Development (OD), Learning and development, and Inclusion, providing strategic leadership, expert advice, and direction across these key areas to support the organisation’s culture, capability, and equity ambitions.
We are looking for candidates who have significant experience of developing, implementing, and evaluating people and workforce development programmes, along with leading and embedding inclusivity. If you have the relevant significant experience alongside professional qualifications in Learning and development/Organisational Development/leadership and management, alongside evidence of ongoing CPD to maintain up-to-date practice, we would encourage you to apply.
We have offices based in Coventry, Newcastle, and London; we offer flexible and home-based working, and there is some travel to our offices in Coventry and London required.

Assessment and Interview will be face-to-face at Coventry on 16th October 2025. We may close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications.
