Overview

A global presentations and communications agency, certified as a “Great Place To Work”, is seeking a Microsoft Account Manager to join the team. You will work alongside the Account Director on the Microsoft account to manage complex projects, lead client communications, and coordinate the internal team.

Location: London/Remote (occasional travel to Leicester)

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects for the Microsoft account, coordinate briefings, client communications and deadlines; maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders; take ownership of project delivery.

Requirements

• At least three years experience in a coordination, admin or delivery support position, ideally within a creative or marketing agency
• Demonstrable experience working at pace while managing multiple deadlines
• Willing to take ownership of project delivery, including briefings, client communications, deadlines and internal stakeholder management
• A self-starter with the ability to solve problems rather than escalating them
• Clear communication ensuring clients and the internal team understand requirements
• Experience with relevant tech, including Scoro, Monday, Smartsheet or similar
• Comfortable adjusting working hours to support US time zones (flexible working arrangements available)
• Desirable: previous experience with an enterprise technology client
