Marketing & Agency Recruitment Manager

A fast-growing marketing and media agency is looking for a Client Account Manager who thrives on making things happen. You’ll be the main point of contact for key clients, shaping strategies, running campaigns, and delivering results that truly matter.

You’ll take ownership of your accounts, lead meetings with confidence, and work closely with a team of specialists who’ll have your back. If you love solving problems, generating ideas, and seeing your plans in action, this is the role for you.

What you\'ll be doing...

• Lead client accounts, managing day-to-day activity and campaign performance.
• Develop strategies, provide insights, and deliver creative solutions.
• Manage budgets and negotiate deals confidently.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with internal specialists.
• Represent the agency in client meetings and contribute to new business growth.

What we\'re looking for...

• Strong media knowledge and understanding of industry trends.
• Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager.
• A confident, proactive and organised individual
• Client facing experience and great at building relationships.
