Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Adoption Specialist to join our Digital Adoption team in our London or Bristol office. The Digital Adoption Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation and utilisation of digital tools and technologies across our firm globally. This position involves working with stakeholders to improve the integration of digital solutions and providing technology training and digital learning programmes aimed at advancing digital transformation and AI proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Tool Adoption & Change Enablement
    • Champion a culture of continuous learning, fostering enthusiasm for adopting and mastering new technologies.
    • Promote the use of digital tools firmwide, ensuring staff can use them effectively for better efficiency.
    • Evaluate existing software and adoption metrics to identify potential gaps in functionality, user experience, and adoption barriers.
    • Support change management efforts by identifying resistance points and developing mitigation plans.
    • Stay current with emerging legal tech and AI trends to inform adoption strategies.
  • Learning Design & Delivery
    • Design and deliver engaging training programs (live, virtual, and on-demand) tailored to roles and workflows.
    • Create and maintain learning materials including guides, videos, eLearning modules, webinars.
    • Contribute to the development of AI fluency frameworks and competency mapping aligned with LTC4 standards.
    • Use data to inform continuous improvement of learning initiatives.
    • Support Technology and AI Champions with targeted training and enablement resources.
  • Engagement with Stakeholders
    • Collaborate with and gather feedback from legal teams regarding their experiences with digital tools to gain a better understanding of how our people use technology, their challenges, and learning needs.
    • Conduct feedback sessions and usage analysis to identify adoption barriers and opportunities for improvement.
    • Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on user engagement data and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital adoption, learning design, or technology enablement in a professional services or legal environment.
  • Strong understanding of legal workflows and the application of digital tools in legal practice.
  • Experience creating engaging eLearning content and delivering training confidently across multiple formats.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with tools and technology such as M365, Copilot/Gen AI, Learning Management Systems (e.g. Workday Learning), Document Management Systems (e.g. iManage), time recording software (e.g. Intapp Time).
  • Able to quickly self‑learn and adapt to new technologies and applications.
  • Able to work effectively as part of an inclusive and fast‑paced team, whilst maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills; ability to multitask and produce required results with minimal direction.
  • A passion for technology and its potential to transform legal processes and client experiences.
