Job Description

A successful financial technology company is looking for an experienced Digital Channel Lead to join the marketing team. This is a hybrid role, working two days per week in their Central London office and three days per week from home.

As the Digital Channel Lead, you will take ownership of the strategic development and operational excellence of the core digital marketing channels to elevate digital presence and performance. You will manage a small team of two and report to the Customer Marketing Director. This role suits someone who enjoys a combination of technical and strategic digital marketing tasks.

Your key responsibilities include leading strategic planning for all digital channels, identifying emerging digital trends and technologies, and driving the development and optimisation of the website with a focus on UX/UI, SEO, conversion rates, and content effectiveness.

You will oversee the marketing technology (MarTech) stack, manage the strategy and execution of PPC and digital display campaigns, email marketing, and in-app marketing. Additionally, you will handle reporting and measurement, manage the digital budget, and act as the brand champion to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a digital role, with exposure to website development and management, and a passion for creating customer journeys. Experience with PPC, digital advertising, content management systems, SEO, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is essential.
