About Truespeed

At Truespeed, we’re on a mission to bring ultra-fast, full-fibre broadband to communities across the South West and East Anglia.

We’re a challenger brand doing things differently, with a focus on people, community, and making real connections.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for passionate individuals who want to make an impact and help us tell our story.

Role Purpose

We’re looking for a passionate and data-driven digital marketer with a flair for copy and content.

You’ll work across the company to discover and create new content opportunities and own our organic content strategy, promoting news, updates, and SEO-led initiatives. On our organic social channels, you’ll engage with both new and existing customers, helping to build awareness and loyalty.

You’ll also play a key role in our community partnerships, from free school connections and local festivals to business sponsorships, finding creative ways to promote these initiatives to deliver meaningful brand impact.

We’re a performance-driven team, so you’ll need a passion for planning, testing, and optimisation, using data to inform insights and decisions. You’ll also need to be happy thinking outside the box, collaborating with others.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing marketing team and help shape the voice of a challenger brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is engaging, current, and SEO-optimised
  • Oversee all social media channels, developing and scheduling creative content to grow brand awareness and engagement
  • Write and proofread compelling copy for blogs, press releases, social media posts, and other marketing collateral
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate across the organisation to uncover and share compelling stories and updates
  • Carry out ongoing SEO research to discover new opportunities — for both website and marketing content
  • Support the wider marketing team with insights and performance data, especially for ad and landing page copy
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, particularly around SEO and social media

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or content-focused role (agency or in-house)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and content optimisation
  • Experience editing content-managed websites (WordPress experience is a plus)
  • Skilled at writing marketing copy, particularly for SEO blogs and paid ads.
  • Proactive and confident working independently
  • Comfortable communicating with colleagues across departments
  • Able to present insights and results clearly to varied audiences
  • Genuinely passionate about digital marketing and brand growth
  • Data-driven, analytical, and commercially aware
  • Excited by the opportunity to grow a challenger brand competing on a national stage.

Tools You’ll Work With

SEO & Analytics: SEMRush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Looker Studio

Advertising & Creative: Google Ads, Adobe Express

Collaboration & Project Management: Microsoft Teams, Monday.com
