A quite phenomenal growing, maturing tech business – a new role created because of a strategic need to connect people across the UK. This is a game‑changer remote / WFH / hybrid role in Manchester with flexible working and a gorgeous culture.

£48,000 – £50,000 + Bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage end‑to‑end digital marketing campaigns across social media (paid and organic), search (SEO/SEM), email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Utilise data and analytics to optimise campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on ROI.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximise reach and conversion.
  • Lead the go‑to‑market strategy for the app launch – from pre‑launch buzz to post‑launch growth, including compelling messaging and a unique value proposition for the B2C audience.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure a seamless user experience and align marketing efforts with product features.
  • Target key user segments and develop tailored marketing funnels to drive user sign‑ups, downloads, and retention.
  • Increase user engagement and reduce churn through evidence‑based user acquisition strategies.
  • Develop and manage ASO (App Store Optimisation) to improve app visibility and conversion rates on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
  • Establish and grow brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Manage community engagement and influencer marketing to build a strong, loyal user base.

Qualifications

  • Strong B2B digital marketing experience (3‑5+ years) with a focus on tech or SaaS solutions.
  • Experience managing a digital marketing budget and delivering measurable results.
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and ASO.
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimise campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work closely with cross‑functional teams.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
