Digital Marketing Manager – Paid Media / PPC / Paid Social

Seeking a Digital Marketing Manager specialising in paid media / PPC / Paid Social to add to the integrated digital skillset. You will have at least 1 year of experience working across different media platforms and be adept at launching Alphabet and Meta campaigns.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

Along with your core responsibilities of setting up, running and optimising paid media campaigns, you will help with Google Analytics reporting. You will be a dab hand at Looker Studio, spreadsheets and Google Tag Manager. In short, we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running with Google Ads & Meta as well as Google Analytics/reporting (this is the core element of the role).

Key tasks include:

  • Developing and presenting strategies for clients
  • Managing Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms
  • Setting up tracking and analytics
  • Building and analysing reports (Google Analytics and Meta)
  • Problem-solving and research (including frequent Google searches)
  • Documenting project progress – status reports, contact reports and agency paperwork mechanics
  • Assisting with presentations and pitches

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of paid media experience, ideally client-side or agency, with a proven track record of running brand campaigns
  • Availability to work in the office 3 days per week (hybrid 2 days per week)
  • Self-motivated, can-do attitude and strong organisational skills
  • Curious and good at problem-solving
  • Excellent team player
  • Expertise on social media platforms
  • Interest in digital culture and web evolution
  • Willingness to learn and pursue further digital marketing qualifications
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, creating triggers and deploying tags (no front-end development required)
  • Positive, proactive, and gel well with the team
  • Could earn a salary up to £32,000 plus outstanding benefits
