Description

At Indicia Worldwide, we’re not just another agency. We create new value for some of the world’s biggest brands by combining data, creative, tech and production. Our unique model delivers marketing efficiency and effectiveness — helping brands perform better, faster and more cost‑effectively.

We’re looking for a Digital Account Director to help lead our Paid Media team and deliver best‑in‑class campaign performance for one of our major global clients.

As a Digital Account Director, you’ll play a key leadership role in managing high‑performing digital campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and emerging channels (CTV, DOOH, Audio). You’ll lead campaign strategy and execution, manage client relationships, and work with a brilliant cross‑functional team of creatives, data scientists, and media experts.

Your focus will be delivering excellence — in performance, team development, and innovation — while championing our vision and values.

This role can be based in either our London or Bristol office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, activate, and optimise Paid Media campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring timely delivery and performance against KPIs.
  • Collaborate with data and tech teams to embed advanced analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Act as the day‑to‑day client lead, building strong relationships, advising on digital maturity, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Support and coach a high‑performing Paid Media team, fostering collaboration, agile workflows, and continuous learning.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and technologies, applying fresh thinking to media strategies and client solutions.
  • Manage forecasting, budgeting, and profitability, ensuring financial compliance and effective cost control.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, especially across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic channels.
  • Strong grasp of media optimisation, performance metrics, and attribution models.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships.
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience managing or mentoring teams within a digital media or agency setting.
  • Familiarity with global accounts and complex organisational structures.
  • A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial approach — able to balance immediate priorities with long‑term growth.
  • Collaborative leadership style — empowers teams and builds strong cross‑functional relationships.
  • Solution‑focused attitude — turns challenges into opportunities.
  • Resilient and adaptable — stays composed under pressure and leads with positivity.
  • Deep client focus — always looking to deliver greater value and impact.
