Key Responsibilities

• Plan, activate and optimise paid media campaigns across search, social, programmatic and emerging channels.
• Embed advanced analytics, reporting and performance tracking with data and tech teams.
• Lead client relationships, advise on digital maturity and identify growth opportunities.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing paid media team, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and technologies, applying fresh thinking to media strategies and client solutions.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting and profitability, ensuring financial compliance and cost control.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Proven experience in paid search, paid social and programmatic channels.
• Strong grasp of media optimisation, performance metrics and attribution models.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strategic client relationships.
• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience managing or mentoring teams within a digital media or agency setting.
• Familiarity with global accounts and complex organisational structures.
• Proactive, innovative mindset with passion for continuous improvement.
