Our client is seeking a Digital Optimisation Manager to enhance the performance of their digital channels. The role involves analyzing customer behavior, managing experiments, and delivering insights to improve customer journeys and drive business results. Collaboration with trading, product, and UX teams is essential to align optimisation activities with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site optimisation initiatives across categories.
• Collaborate with category managers to prioritize experiment ideas.
• Manage experiment lifecycle, ensuring proper setup and analysis.
• Utilize data to understand site performance and customer behavior, sharing insights with relevant teams.
• Support Product/UX teams with insights for new experiences.
• Recommend new experiments or digital improvements based on insights.

Qualifications:

• Experience in digital optimisation, CRO, or analytics roles.
• Strong analytical skills with web analytics and experimentation tools.
• Ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team player capable of managing multiple projects.
