Customer Insight Analyst

Location: Leeds, Thorpe Park, Hybrid working.

Now, let’s talk about your role as Customer Insight Analyst.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Provide initiative performance MI and insights, with recommendations
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into customer behaviour via digital channels and suggest improvements
• Understand customer needs through market research and data to enhance marketing segmentation
• Provide Marketing MI to the department
• Create insights using our customer experience software platform
• Offer insights into changes within our customer base using internal or external data sources

What we need from you:

• Degree in a quantitative field with coursework in statistics, econometrics, or related areas
• Experience with numerical programming (Python, R, SAS) and database programming (SQL Server, Azure SQL)
• Experience with customer feedback tools (Rant & Rave, Medallia)
• Strong critical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in data visualisation (e.g., PowerBI)
