Overview
As Digital Integration Director you will be taking responsibility for leading the day-to-day output of the team, with clear, forward-thinking planning and upfront planning across all media channels, with a particular focus on digital and video channels & platforms. You will elevate the client’s learning, measurement and innovation agenda through robust testing and first-to-market thinking, and contribute to the development of the growing Digital Integration function within Hearts & Science to help it evolve into an integral part of the business that drives revenue growth and improves client retention.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the planning and delivery of holistic digital campaigns across multiple brands
- Work with senior agency partners to deliver new-to-market opportunities rooted in business needs and build impactful joint business partnerships
- Act as the primary digital activation POC for the client, helping them move towards greater digital maturity
- Lead and motivate a team to create holistic, innovative media plans that are brought to life through effective buying
- Ensure best practices are applied across all campaigns to minimise errors
- Drive integration of different digital specialists to ensure a holistic approach to media buying
- Collaborate with the CX team to connect client marketing requirements with digital channel opportunities
- Coordinate with the Connections Planning team to ensure timely delivery of relevant briefs for activation and to apply digitally mature thinking at each stage of planning
What you will bring to the role
Experience: 8+ years in digital, with specialist experience in at least two channels of PPC, programmatic display and social, and proven ability to utilise diverse data sources to accelerate digital performance
Communication: Strong ability to construct logical and persuasive recommendations with a collaborative approach to work with internal teams, media owner partners, and senior clients
Skills: Deep understanding of social, programmatic, and search platforms; awareness of user journey within the wider media planning process; familiarity with advanced attribution and measurement solutions; comfortable with 1st, 2nd & 3rd party data knowledge
Attitude: Positive, entrepreneurial, self-starting, excellent communicator and collaborator; ambitious, proactive, restless and resilient
