Overview

We\'re looking for passionate Senior Digital Project Managers to lead across multiple impactful digital projects. You\'ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver change, maintain core systems, and develop new services that support millions of people. You\'ll ensure robust project controls are in place, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain clear governance and reporting. You\'ll communicate effectively with Digital Directors and navigate complex issues that may require board-level decisions. Working across a diverse stakeholder landscape, you\'ll set the pace for delivery and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to achieve results. You\'ll also foster a high-performing team culture, coaching others to improve flow, quality, and ownership, while constructively addressing conflict. Beyond delivery, you\'ll champion continuous learning in project management, digital frameworks, and emerging technologies, mentoring others and helping shape standards across the wider delivery community.

Responsibilities

  • History of taking full responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of large-scale complex projects, preferably transformation, utilising both internal and external suppliers.
  • Experience of establishing new teams and agile processes, in relation to project deliverables and business as usual tasks.
  • Experience of managing complex external dependencies that have required significant planning and prioritising in order to ensure pace and quality of delivery is maintained.
  • Communicate with others in a clear, honest and enthusiastic way in order to build trust. You can explain complex technical issues in a way that is easy to understand and influence Senior level decision making.
  • Identify and pursue appropriate development opportunities for both yourself and your team to enhance delivery outcomes.
  • You can demonstrate your experience as a Project Manager who takes full responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of a number of large-scale complex projects, preferably transformation, utilising both internal and external suppliers.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay up to £68,205 plus 28.97% employer pension contributions, hybrid working, flexible hours, and great work life balance.
  • Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you\'ll spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face to face in a hub.
