JOB TITLE: Director, Client Implementation, Sales Engineering

LOCATIONS: Basildon / Birmingham / Bristol / Leeds / Manchester

HOURS: Full-Time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

Merchant Services offers a diverse range of products and services to merchants, from micro merchants to large enterprises, that want to accept payments via face-to-face, online, and over-the-phone channels. As merchant demands grow for sophisticated payment solutions, Merchant Services has received significant investment, highlighting its strategic importance.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Client Implementation, reporting to the Head of Sales Engineering, to lead our client implementation team.

The Client Implementation team is part of the Sales Engineering division, responsible for providing pre-sale and post-sale support to our largest clients, understanding and solving their problems using standard or tailored solutions. We handle the technical implementation and accreditation of our acquiring and payment solutions, working closely with commercial teams and clients.

You will share our passion for problem-solving and demonstrate a proactive, tenacious approach to onboarding large, complex clients across various sectors. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical environment and pride yourself on building strong relationships with clients, third-party payment gateways, and internal teams including Sales, Product, IT, and Compliance.
