Your Role
As the Director of Sales, EMEA, you will spearhead the sales function across the UK and EMEA. Reporting to the SVP, Global Partnerships & International Sales, you'll drive the region's revenue growth by building and leading high-performance sales teams and forging strategic relationships across diverse markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a tailored go-to-market and territory strategy across key UK/EMEA markets.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a top-tier sales organization to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Partner Managers, SDRs, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and other functions to optimize the end-to-end sales motion.
- Build strategic outbound campaigns (calling, emailing, digital outreach) to generate pipeline and drive lead conversion.
- Oversee the full deal cycle: discovery, product demonstrations, InfoSec validation, contract negotiation, and closure.
- Establish and maintain account plans for major strategic and enterprise clients across the UK/EMEA.
- Monitor and report on regional KPIs, sales forecasts, quotas, and pipeline health.
- Ensure alignment with corporate policies, regional compliance requirements, and Dialpad's inclusive culture and values.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role across EMEA.
- Demonstrated ability to scale sales teams and manage complex, multi-country enterprise deals.
- Deep understanding of UK/EMEA market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory environments.
- Experience with AI-enabled SaaS platforms, particularly UCaaS, CCaaS, or customer communications technologies, is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving multi-million-dollar quotas in high-growth environments.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
- Comfortable with frequent travel across UK/EMEA as part of role responsibilities.
