The Director, Human Resources at Cornerstone Research is responsible for a full range of HR services and programs with a focus on employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and the ongoing development of HR systems. This role serves as a vital partner to the Chief Human Resources Officer, leading the HR team and providing empathetic and strategic counsel to all levels of the organization. Cornerstone Research is a 1,000-person firm across nine offices with more than 55 nationalities. Inc.
