About the role

Reporting to theSVP Sales for EMEA, Søren Lindkvist, you’ll be responsible for scaling our commercial presence in the region, developing a high-performing sales team, and strengthening our partner-driven approach to the market. This is a key leadership role with real impact - combining strategy, execution, and people development.

You will:

  • Leadfrom the front togrow and develop asuccessfulteam of sales professionalswhoare motivated and accountable for results.
  • Based on an Indirect Sales Motion, drive new net revenue through yourstrategicGTMplanning,directionandexecution.
  • Ensure a high Net New Retention rate within the current customer base.
  • Collaborate withMarketingto drivenewpipeline activitiesandensure a healthy pipeline ratio for all sellers.
  • Foster strong partnerships with regional VARs, MSP, and other relevant partners in Benelux by working in close alignment with our RPMs and our EMEA VP of Channel.
  • Shape the future of the Benelux region and Keepit!

About you

Must-haves:

  • Experienced sales leader with a strong track record in building and managing high-performing teams within a fast-growing SaaS environment.
  • Solid understanding of the SaaS landscape (experience with Backup and Restore Services or Cyber Security is a plus) and deep knowledge of the Benelux market.
  • Stong Hunter DNA and proven ability to win new business and open new markets.
  • Skilled at creating strong partnerships and long-term relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Strong tactical hands-on approach to execution and follow-up.
  • Excellent communicator who brings clarity, confidence, and energy to both internal and external conversations.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Based in Amsterdam (hybrid setup).
