Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Perennial's services, ensuring they remain impactful and future-ready.
• Oversee safeguarding practices within the organisation's support programmes.
• Shape the direction of preventative and financial support programmes and expand reach.
• Champion the needs of horticulturalists and their families and build strong relationships with external stakeholders.
• Collaborate as part of the Senior Leadership Team to drive strategy and service delivery.

Qualifications / Experience

• Experience in service delivery with strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to transform and expand the reach of services.
• Leadership experience within a charity or public service context is desirable.
