Director, Technical Consulting Services – Workday AI & Integration Lead

Remote, UK-Based | Up to £140k base + bonus

We’re partnered with a global consultancy looking to appoint a new Director to lead their Technical Consulting Services function across EMEA. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who not only understands the depth of the Workday ecosystem (Integrations, Data, Reporting, Prism, Extend), but is ready to build a tech Centre of Excellence with AI at the core.

This isn’t a “keep the lights on” role—it’s about defining what’s next.

What you’ll bring

• Proven background in Workday technical consulting (7–10 years+), including deep hands-on experience with:
• Integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)
• Prism Analytics, Workday Extend, and composite reporting
• Vision and delivery experience with Workday AI capabilities, ideally including Illuminate and exposure to RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.)
• A leadership style that balances execution with innovation—you can manage remotely and inspire across cultures.
• Pre-sales and delivery alignment experience RFPs, estimations, solutioning.
