Frasers Hospitality owns and operates 7 properties in the UK, including Fraser Suites, Fraser Place, Fraser Residence and Park International Hotel, located in London, Edinburgh and Glasgow. These properties offer guests a comfortable and luxurious experience for both business and leisure stays.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Work closely with and report into the Head of Revenue, Reservations and Distribution, maintaining open communications with existing clients and opening channels by connecting to new partners.
  • Support the sales and revenue teams to perform at optimum levels.
  • Possess technical knowledge of multiple reservation system interfaces and manage data integration by supervising the rate loading process in the business.
  • Stay up to date with hotel distribution technology and industry trends, contributing to a culture of success within the team and across the business.

What We’re Looking For

  • You have proven experience in a similar role, preferably within reservations for hotels or serviced apartments.
  • You have a flair for technical and systems knowledge with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team with a shared passion to create memorable guest experiences.
  • You would like to build upon your leadership and team management skills.
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK.
