A Little More About Your Role… You will be working within a team and undertaking document and information management across a range of high-profile engineering projects. You will support project teams with successful delivery of projects/programmes using both internal and client systems to ensure information is delivered effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with establishing and implementing project procedures and processes
  • Issue drawings and documents in accordance with project procedures and processes
  • Receive and/or download electronic drawings and documents, file as appropriate and maintain a document register
  • Coordinate the issue of deliverables submissions with the project management or design teams
  • Circulate received/downloaded electronic documents to the project team
  • Provide system training as required

  • Our Programme Solutions team encompasses 60+ Programme Management, Project Controls, Risk Managers, Planning professionals and Document Controllers with differing backgrounds and seniority, based across the UK
  • Collaboration and team working are second nature within the team, supported by regular Community of Practice that shares challenges and best practices
  • Our team actively considers new and innovative ways of working and seeks continuous improvement in the delivery of our services
  • We work on nationwide and local projects that support sustainable growth and development across the UK in sectors including highways, transport, energy, water, defence, waste, clean air, active travel and more
  • Our clients are industry leaders, local enterprise companies, and local government organisations
  • All offices are selected for proximity to public transport links, shops/cafés/parking. We encourage a net zero culture and maximise opportunities to minimise environmental impact

What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate

  • A passion for document control and a desire to further develop your skills and experience supported by industry experts
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Conscientious and methodical approach with a strong eye for detail
  • Proactive, professional and a driver of collaborative working environments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge, understanding and experience in document control with an interest or experience in wider programme management skills
