Job Description:

• Salary: London: £36,469 to £54,704 per annum; National: £33,593 to £50,389 per annum
• Hours: 36 hours per week, flexible options considered
• Contract Type: Permanent

We are seeking a Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys (Real Time). Your role will involve supporting our Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing systems, logging and resolving support tickets, and communicating with customers about system updates and new features.

You will monitor daily operations, ensure safe change management, and assist in designing and implementing new solutions with guidance from technical leads and architects. Additionally, you may be involved in training end users and creating training materials.

This role offers hybrid working arrangements, with base locations across England, and may require occasional travel to our offices.
