Salary:

• London: £36,469 to £54,704 per annum
• National: £33,593 to £50,389 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week – flexible options considered

Contract Type: Permanent

We’re seeking a candidate with working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (Real Time) to support our Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing systems customers.

Your responsibilities will include logging, triaging, and resolving support tickets promptly, keeping customers informed, and ensuring systems are up to date with supplier releases.

You will use your analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills to engage with customers, promote new features, monitor daily operations, and manage changes safely following our change & release processes.

With knowledge of Business Process Flows within Dynamics, you will assist in designing and implementing new solutions under guidance from technical leads and solution architects.

If you can identify, troubleshoot, and resolve support issues, act as the 3rd line of support, and train end users with relevant materials, we want to hear from you!
