OverviewTHE OPPORTUNITYAt Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton, we are passionate about creating beautifully designed products and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our online business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our Retail and Wholesale websites. From seasonal launches to ongoing site management, you’ll help keep our ecommerce platforms performing seamlessly and deliver an outstanding experience to our B2C and B2B customers. You will work closely with the Ecommerce Development Manager and support the wider Ecommerce team, managing product data, troubleshooting technical issues, liaising across departments, and contributing to continuous improvements across our sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to join two thriving brands, develop your technical skills, and make a real impact in a fast-paced, creative environment. The role is Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. You’ll enjoy the exciting buzz of our friendly office in Banbury, Oxfordshire three times a week on average with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days.Behind the brandsWe’re a family-run, entrepreneurial company with an exciting pace of life and a bright and friendly team. We value creativity, collaboration and integrity.How You'll ContributePreparing and inputting product data, video and imagery for bulk uploads across the B2C and B2B Ecommerce website, along with our Wholesale Repzio appEnsuring that product information and personalised elements are maintained in line with our ERP software requirementsEnsuring all orders correctly sync between our website and our ERPSupporting customer service when needed to investigate and resolve any onsite bugs predominantly in relation to personalised products, supporting with other investigations where neededLiaising with various teams including Design, Systems and Wholesale to ensure products launch onsite efficiently, project managing the timely delivery, highlighting risks to relevant stakeholdersCommunicating workload and project priorities to managementActively raising any site improvement needs to the Ecommerce Development ManagerSupporting and maintaining a website user guideIn collaboration with the wider team, supporting with setup and maintain website discounts via cart price and catalogue price rules (including generating discount codes for internal Customer Experience team and Marketing team)Supporting in actioning any Merchandising department website requests including enabling and disabling productsThe Talent You'll BringIntermediate understanding of ExcelProactive communication and teamworkMeticulous attention to detailSolution-drivenOrganised with a strong ability to prioritiseAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlinesKnowledge of Magento is desirablePerfectly PackagedA salary of £25,500 - £30,000 DOE33 days holiday rising to 35 with length of service inclusive of bank holidayA broad benefits package including our staff favourite a very generous staff discount across both our brands.
