Were looking for a Ecommerce Product Content Executive to join us on that journey. This role is about more than just day-to-day responsibilities, its about shaping how we inspire our customers, support our stores, and grow our community of adventurers. Were currently based in Kemble but will be moving to central Swindon in Spring 2026 - just a short walk from the train station and the new bus boulevard. Its an exciting next step in our adventure, and a chance for you to be part of it from the very start.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Crafting compelling, original, and SEO-friendly product copy that reflects our brand values and expertise
  • Making product pages clear, engaging, and inspirational so customers feel confident to buy
  • Adapting and refining supplier information to suit our websites and audiences
  • Setting the standard for best-in-class product content by creating clear processes and sharing best practice
  • Supporting and training colleagues to continually raise copywriting and product information standards
  • Keeping product data accurate, consistent, and tailored to each category and brand style
  • Working to seasonal deadlines so new collections launch on time with great content
  • Creating additional guides and resources, from size tables and buying guides to sustainability information and glossaries
  • Contributing to reports, workflow planning, and wider projects across copy, imagery, and product data

Were looking for someone who

  • Has proven copywriting skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Understands SEO and can write clear, engaging product content
  • Is confident using CMS platforms and Excel
  • Brings creativity, strong communication and a proactive approach to feedback
  • Shares our passion for the outdoors
  • Is happy to work on a 12 month fixed term contract
