Do you have previous eCommerce experience and are looking for a supervisory role to join a supportive and growing SME business that works with lifestyle brands? We are looking for an eCommerce Lead to join our central Bristol office, on a full-time, 12 month fixed term basis, who shares our passion for our business, eCommerce and the brands that we work with.

About the role- eCommerce Lead

Working closely with our eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of on-site activities, identifying trade opportunities and supervising a selection of eCommerce team members, whilst also identifying eCommerce initiatives, features and functionality to improve conversion, trade and user experience.

The ideal eCommerce Lead will have strong experience of working in an eCommerce trading environment, experience communicating brand performance to clients or senior management, and experience working with both Shopify, Klaviyo and project management systems. You will also have strong Excel skills. Previous people management or experience working in an agency set up would be a plus. Being passionate about our Company values and the brands that we work with is a must! Perhaps you might have experience as an eCommerce Specialist, eCommerce Manager, eCommerce Supervisor, eCommerce Team Leader, Senior eCommerce Executive or similar.
