Ecommerce Manager (6-Month FTC) - Leading football club

London

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: 45k-55k pro-rated depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the club’s online store, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
• Lead seasonal campaigns, new product drops, and promotional activity to maximise revenue and fan engagement.
• Manage onsite merchandising, stock levels, pricing, and product content.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Retail, and Fulfilment teams to ensure alignment across all channels.
• Monitor and report on site performance, conversion rates, and sales trends - recommending optimisations where needed.
• Liaise with third-party ecommerce and tech partners as required.

Skills & Experience :

• Proven experience managing an ecommerce platform (e.g. Shopify, Magento, etc.).
• Ideally background in sports/football, but not essential
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and commercial awareness.
• Creative flair and attention to detail in presenting products and campaigns.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• A proactive and hands-on attitude - comfortable working at pace and taking ownership.
• A passion for sport or football is a big plus

• Hybrid working policy, 3 days in the office
