We’re looking for a data-driven Ecommerce Manager to lead the growth and performance for the digital platforms of our client based in Liverpool.

Based at their modern HQ in Liverpool City Centre, you’ll take ownership of the customer journey across our website and digital touchpoints—driving engagement, boosting conversion rates, and enhancing the overall user experience.

This role combines digital strategy, performance marketing, UX/UI, SEO, and agile team leadership, with a strong focus on customer-centric innovation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ecommerce strategy and optimise digital platforms to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions
• Manage website development, UX/UI design, SEO, and analytics to support scalable growth
• Drive CRO and personalisation using A/B testing, user insights, and performance data
• Oversee digital projects and third-party partnerships, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technology teams to align digital goals with business outcomes
• Monitor KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, HotJar, and SQL to inform continuous improvements
• Champion process automation and cost-efficient tech solutions to support business scalability

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in ecommerce or digital product management in a high-traffic B2C environment
• Strong SEO and CRO background, with a solid grasp of web performance optimisation
• Confident leading cross-functional teams and managing external agencies or vendors
• Skilled in interpreting data to inform strategic decisions and product improvements
• Experience with agile methodologies, and tools like GA, SQL, A/B testing platforms
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong communication and leadership skills
• The ideal candidate will have a technical/development background

• Exposure to React, Next.js, or modern web frameworks
• Experience with AI-driven personalisation or automation tools
