A fast-growing retail brand is looking for a hands-on E-commerce Manager to take ownership of their wholesale and retail Shopify Plus Stores. You’ll lead day-to-day online operations, oversee customer service, and work on strategic initiatives to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Role: eCommerce Manager

Salary: Up to £47,500

Location: Hackney, London - 5 days onsite during probation, then hybrid 3 days onsite

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and optimise multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopify Plus, ideally Recharge and Linnworks)
• Oversee the customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience across all channels
• Collaborate with marketing to deliver SEO, CRO, and campaign improvements
• Manage product listings, inventory accuracy, and sales performance reporting
• Lead a small customer service team, driving quality and efficiency

What you’ll need

• Proven e-commerce management experience (retail or hospitality sector experience a plus)
• Proficiency with Shopify Plus; Recharge/Linnworks knowledge beneficial
• Understanding of GA4, SEO best practices, and basic HTML/CSS
• Customer-focused, solutions-driven, and highly organised
