Join Our Team as an Education Recruitment Consultant! Location: Budshead Road, Plymouth. Hours: Full-Time (7am - 5pm, flexible). Work From Home: Wednesdays. Reduced hours during half terms and school holidays. This is a role within Vision for Education, part of The Edwin Group, recognised for a strong work culture and career opportunities.

The Role

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be the link between schools and teaching and support staff. You’ll recruit for both short-term and long-term placements, match the best candidates to roles, and build lasting relationships with schools, teachers, and candidates.

What You'll Do

• Build strong, ongoing relationships with schools across Devon & Cornwall.
• Attract new clients and business opportunities using creativity and sales skills.
• Network in person, over the phone, and on social media to make connections.
• Headhunt, review applications, and organise interviews to find the best candidates.
• Provide excellent service to schools and candidates.
• Use Salesforce to manage bookings and client needs.
• Participate in sponsorship activities for client schools.

What You Need to Succeed

• Valid Driving Licence and access to your own car.
• Previous sales experience (education experience not required; training provided).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Self-motivation and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
