Connex Education Leicester is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven, motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team. You’ll be working with one of the most respected agencies in the sector, trusted by hundreds of schools and education professionals across Leicestershire & the country.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing and growing relationships with Leicester schools – by phone and in person (driver’s licence and access to a car essential)
Placing candidates into day-to-day, short-term, and long-term roles
Delivering exceptional service to our partner schools and candidates
Running weekly payroll accurately and efficiently
Meeting and interviewing prospective candidates to understand their strengths and preferences
Taking ownership of your desk and growing it as if it’s your own business.
