We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team and help us find exceptional teaching and support staff for primary and secondary schools across London.

This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK while making a real impact on the education sector.

The Role

As an Education Recruitment Resourcer, you will be the engine of our recruitment process. Your primary goal will be to identify, attract, and screen high-quality candidates for a wide range of roles, including:

  • Primary and Secondary Teachers
  • Teaching Assistants
  • SEN Specialists
  • Cover Supervisors
  • Admin Assistants

You'll use various tools, from online job boards and social media to our internal database, to find the best talent. You will be responsible for conducting initial phone screenings, verifying candidate credentials, and building a strong pipeline of qualified professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing: Proactively search for candidates using job boards and our internal CRM.
  • Screening: Conduct thorough phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for school-based roles.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our candidate database with accurate and detailed information.
  • Compliance: Ensure all candidates meet strict safeguarding and compliance standards, including checking DBS status, references, and right-to-work documentation.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is essential, with a preference for experience within the education sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, especially with compliance and data entry.
  • A self-motivated and disciplined approach to work, able to manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of the London education market is a plus.
